SHIPPING POLICY
Poole and Pheasant work on a weekly preorder basis with an exceptional team to have a really quick turnaround.
How our website works;
We have a small in house section with a few pieces we have ready to go, if these are order before 5pm they will be shipped the next day.
All other items work on the preorder store, every 2 weeks we open the preorders Monday - Friday, the order is placed with our manufacturer over the weekend, the pieces are then directly shipped to our local embroider sew_crafty_norfolk_ltd the next day and embroidered within 3-5 days, I will then pick up the pieces and ship them out to you the same day!
The whole turn around time is around 1-2 weeks from the Friday this includes being shipping to you, however we are normally in the 1 week bracket.
*All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
*Once the items have been shipped please allow 2-3 working days for your items to arrive.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We always want you to have the best shopping experience with us and to be satisfied with your purchase.
*We will except any returns within 14 days of the purchase date. We would ask for images to be provided if necessary and returns will be down to our discretion.
*If applicable we will happily exchange any items
*For refunds we will always offer and exchange first and refund if found necessary
*All returns are at the buyers expense
*If returning an item please email: pooleandpheasant@gmail.com first and return with printed exchange form we will email to you. Items musty have original label on.
